From: http://www.artscouncilofwhitelake.org

October is a beautiful month in Michigan, drawing us out for walks in the crisp fall air and bringing to town many leaf peepers seeking the beauty of our changing leaves. The Nuveen Community Center of the Arts is featuring artists who find inspiration in nature during the October exhibition, “Nature through Artist’s Eyes.” The exhibit will feature artists working in media from pastel, oils, acrylics, watercolors, photography, and mixed media sculpture. The exhibit is on display from October 7-28. Participating artists have found inspiration in everything from birds on the beach to a winter scene, to photographs from the Hubble space telescope.
