The Great Start Collaborative of Muskegon County launched its new website early this year.  ParentVille.org is an age-based guide to prepare children for success in kindergarten.  The website focuses on children up to age four, delivering age appropriate information on physical, social-emotional, cognitive and language development.  The site also includes links to local resources and an “ask Grandma” area.

In a survey of Muskegon area parents, Great Start Collaborative found parents were not confident of their role as their child’s first teacher and did not regularly engage in teaching early literacy or math skills.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.A group of real estate professionals have come together to create a service that is giving back to those who serve the public in the Grand Rapids area.
